Shipping policy

Processing Time: Each Holiday & Co piece is made with care. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Because many of our items are produced in limited quantities or made to order, this allows us to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail before your order ships.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Holiday Season Note: During peak holiday periods (November–December), please allow a few extra days for processing as we work to keep up with demand. We recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery.

Made-to-Order Promise: We believe in intentional production,  not overproduction. Many of our styles are made to order, which helps us reduce waste and maintain our commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Shipping Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
